Wine Maker and Owner Terry Peabody of New Zealand's Craggy Range Winery will be teaming up with Paradise Valley's LON's at the Hermosa for a special evening of food and wine Thursday February 17th. The Craggy Range dinner will feature five courses starting with mussels Rockefeller, seafood salad, Tasmanian salmon pastrami, Arizona baby lamb loin and white chocolate brioche french toast with poached pear and blackberry chocolate mousse. We are always looking for new ways to spice up our favorite dishes and if it's made with a little booze, even better. Georgia Pellegrini's recipe for Whiskey Hot Sauce had our attention at whiskey and we have been slightly obsessing over it for a few days. We can't wait to give our morning eggs a much needed kick!
