Through midnight on February 24, executive chef Matt Taylor (who was a sous chef at John Besh's New Orleans eatery Restaurant August) is cooking up several special dishes for Mardi Gras, in addition to the Big Easy eats on the regular menu.
Look for fresh oysters -- available from the raw bar, or fried -- as well as gumbo, etouffee, and Abita beer from Louisiana.
