Owners of Citizen Public House Announce New Restaurant Planned for the Biltmore Area
In January, it was reported that the owners of Citizen Public House (chef Bernie Kantak, Andrew Fritz, and mixologist Richie Moe) were on the hunt for a new restaurant location. Two months later, the space -- as well as the name -- have been confirmed.
At the sold-out Devoured Culinary Classic last weekend, the trio behind the stylish yet easygoing restaurant in Old Town announced they would open a new concept called The Gladly in the Biltmore area this fall.
Here's what diners can expect.
Described as a "completely new concept" and having "a playful vibe with a seriously delicious menu," The Gladly will be at 2201 East Camelback Road, in the Biltmore's Anchor Centre.
Scheduled to be open for lunch, dinner, and happy hour seven days a week, The Gladly will offer dishes such as root beer braised bacon with steel cut oats, gravy, and red shiso ($12) and smoked mozzarella fondue ($10). Cocktails will come courtesy of Moe, naturally.
Stay tuned for details.
