13: Patio Chimi from Mi Patio
There's something to be said for a good hangover meal. Maybe that's why Mi Patio, the little restaurant serving up a mix of Mexican and Greek dishes in Phoenix, is conveniently located next door to the Hidden House bar.
What to order up when the tank's empty and the head's still stuffy from the previous evening's shenanigans? We like the classic Patio Chimi.
A deep-fried flour tortilla rolled up with chicken or beef (we like chicken), then smothered in a tangy green tomatillo sauce, the Patio Chimi is lighter than it looks. Although still a sizable meal, this chimi gets points for not going the route of a deep-fried 'n' greasy gut bomb.
Which makes the tender chicken, tangy sauce, and lightly-fried tortilla a flavorful aftermath after a night's worth of festivities.
