PJs & Eggs

Tomorrow is World Egg Day and we can't think of a better way to spend it then eating breakfast for dinner in our jammies. Friday October 8th, starting at 5 p.m., join Hickman's Family Farms for  the second annual "PJ's & Eggs" event. 14 valley breakfast restaurants will be opening their doors for dinner for one night only to help benefit the Arizona Children's Association's statewide foster care programs. Bring a new pair of pajamas to one of the participating restaurants and you will be entered to win gift certificates from participating restaurants and you will also receive a coupon for a dozen free eggs from Hickman's. Chevront's Italian Wine Dinner
Join Cheuvront and Chef Ryan Rivera for tonight's Italian Wine Dinner featuring wines from Renato Ratti. The four-course meal will start off with split pea soup and continue with pasta with spiced sausage, braised short ribs, and tiramisu. All course with be complimented with a wine pairing and will cost you $55 plus tax and gratuity. Dinner starts at 7 p.m. and reservations are required. Call 602-307-002 to get in last minute.

Caramel Apples!
Before we get into the full swing of pumpkin season, let's not forget that it's apple season, too. When is the last time you treated yourself to a Caramel Apple? We're going to bet it's been awhile. Don't forget about this classic Fall treat, bust out the candy thermometer and make a few. The recipe may be Martha Stewart's but the gorgeous photos are all Le Petit Pierogi.
