Hungry for your early morning serving of food news, with no preservatives or additives?

Schweiger Wine Dinner

Join WineStyles in Paradise Valley tomorrow night May 10th  for an evening of wine and food during the Schweiger Vineyards Wine Dinner. Diana Schwieger, owner of the Napa Valley vineyard, will join guests to talk about the family vineyard and the wines they produce. Chef Stuart Epstein will not only be providing you with a savory four-course dinner but will demonstrating everything he prepares and he'll even share his recipes. Steamed black mussels over angel hair pasta, mixed baby greens with pepper-crusted sea bass, coffee rubbed rack of lamb and chocolate lava cake with fresh raspberries and cream for dessert. Each course will be pair with wine from the Schweiger family. $45 - $50 ++ per person. Seating is limited, 480-922-4771 for reservations.
