Scotch Tasting in Carefree, BLT Steak Derby and New Jelly Belly Recipes in Today's Eater's Digest

Tomorrow, join Carefree Station and Signatory Vintage Scotch Whisky Company from 6:30 to 8 p.m. for a scotch tasting and seminar. Learn about the scotch making process while sipping on generous samples of single malt scotch including Bunnahanhain Sherry Cask 28 year. The tasting is $25 per person and seating is limited. The 136th Kentucky Derby is coming up this weekend and you can celebrate with derby-inspired appetizers and Prohibition-Era cocktails at BLT Steak.
The party starts May 1st at 1 p.m. and goes till 5; the $36 price tag includes appetizers and one Kentucky Mint Julep served in an official souvenir glass.
