Seven Don't-Miss Wine & Farm (& Tequila!) Dinners in Metro Phoenix
Whether you're looking for the perfect way to celebrate a special occasion, or just want an excuse to enjoy a decadent and delicious night out, there's a dinner this spring for everyone, including wine lovers, tequila aficionados, and fans of farm fresh ingredients. Some dinners are on weekdays, others are on the weekend, and several of them will run throughout the summer. Silver Oak Wine Dinner at Rancho Pinot Thursday, April 26 @ 6:00 p.m.
Featuring Silver Oak & Twomey Wines, this five-course dinner includes warm gougeres with prosciutto & shallot jam, house-cured and grilled duck breast, and cherry-cabernet compote. As a continuation of the restaurant's Insider's View dinner series, this four-course dinner features the best that Roth Estate Winery and Executive Chef Anthony DeMuro have to offer. Jordan Wine Dinner at Bistro 24 Wednesday, May 16 @ 6:30 p.m.
This one-night event features five courses created by Chef Stephen Toevs that pair with Jordan Winery's selections. The entrée is a cacao and allspice crusted domestic lamb with morels, artichoke, and English peas, which is paired with a 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon. "TLC" Farm Table Dinners at Arcadia Farms Café Third Thursday of each month, starting May 17 @ 5:30 p.m.
A collaboration between Tracy Dempsey, Lisa Giungo, and Carolyn Ellis, these farm-style dinners will feature rustic Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. The ever-changing menus will celebrate the bounty of locally sourced ingredients by pairing them with unique wines. Each dinner will include appetizers and a four-course meal.
