Sonoran Beer Dinner and Vegan Corn Chowder in Today's Eater's Digest
Mark your calenders for Thursday, June 30th -- chef Jeremy Pacheco and his team will be hosting the first of two summer beer dinners at Lon's at the Hermosa in Paradise Valley. Four gourmet courses will be paired with beer from local beer geeks, Sonoran Brewery starting with beer battered squash blossoms and Sonoran's Desert Ale. Next, chow down on seared scallops, beer braised short ribs, and Bing cherry pie with almond ice cream and Sonoran's White Chocolate Ale. $49 ++ per person.
