Every two years, the Brewers Association comes together to judge beers from around the globe in 90 different categories.

This year 642 breweries from 45 countries competed with over 3,300 beers. Although California and Oregon dominated most of the categories, two Arizona breweries managed to walk away with awards.

Rock Bottom at Desert Ridge beat out 22 beers and took the bronze medal in the Sweet Stout category with their Udder Goodness milk stout. Flagstaff darling Beaver Street Brewery walked away with 2 bronze and a sliver for their Lumberyard Red, Imperial Red and IPA. Congratulations!

On a side note, the Utah Brewers Cooperative took home the gold with their Polygamy Porter. Best. Label. Ever.
