Sam Jack, a former IT consultant turned restaurateur, is bringing Denver-based restaurant chain Teriyaki Madness to Mesa next week.
The restaurant will be located at 229 South Power Road, on the southeast corner of Southern Avenue and Power Road, and will be the first Teriyaki Madness located in Arizona.
The restaurant will open on Thursday, March 19.
Teriyaki Madness, which already has locations in cities such as Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and Austin, serves Asian-inspired bowls, plates, and noodle dishes. The menu allows diners to customize their meals by choosing a protein, base (white rice, brown rice, noodle, etc.), and a side.
Ghnaim plans to open three Teriyaki Madness locations total, with at least one additional restaurant planned for Arizona. To help with the first restaurant in the franchise, he's partnered with Denise Foley, who brings experience in the food industry.
Teriyaki Madness was founded in 2003 in Las Vegas, and began franchising in 2005. For more information about the restaurant visit the Teriyaki Madness website.
