As we told you earlier this summer, Tempe will soon be home to the second location of Sam Fox's ambitious mutli-use complex called The Yard. Like the original Phoenix location, The Yard Tempe will include a new location of Fox's Culinary Dropout restaurant and a few other local businesses.
In June we told you one of those businesses would be Madison Improvement Club and now Fox Restaurant Concepts has announced a second tenant, Aaron May's popular breakfast spot Over Easy.
Fox Restaurant Concepts has also announced an official opening date for the anchor tenant of the complex. Culinary Dropout at The Yard Tempe is expected to open on Tuesday, December 9.
Over Easy and two private event spaces, The Showcase Room and The Coop, are expected to open by the end of the year.
