Three Valley Spots Make List of 100 Most Romantic Restaurants for Valentine's Day
Quiessence Restaurant & Wine Bar
With Valentine's Day right around the corner, it's always nice to see the love, especially on a national level and when it's given to Valley restaurants.
Three Valley dining spots and L'Auberge Restaurant on Oak Creek in Sedona made the list of the 100 Most Romantic Restaurants in the US according to OpenTable.com. The online reservation website created the list based on five million submitted reviews.
One of the winners, Quiessence Restaurant & Wine Bar, the converted farmhouse eatery at The Farm at South Mountain featuring seasonal dishes of American cuisine courtesy of chefs Gregory Laprad and Anthony Andiario, is no stranger to romantic accolades. In February of last year, it was named one of America's Most Romantic Restaurants by Travel & Leisure magazine.

Nestled in the foothills of the Northwest Valley, Different Pointe of View, the restaurant of contemporary American gourmet fare also made the list, along with Sassi, Scottsdale's resort-like Italian restaurant at the foot of Pinnacle Peak.
The state with the most romantic restaurants? California -- with Texas surprisingly passing up New York for second place.
