Cookbook author Elizabeth Yarnell is a whiz with the dutch oven -- to the point that she's filled an entire cookbook with a globetrotting variety of healthful recipes that can be made in one pot. Even better, the dishes in Glorious One-Pot Meals take under half an hour to prep, and about 30 to 45 minutes to bake. Yarnell's not really giving us any excuses for skipping out on a home-cooked meal now, is she?

Changing Hands hosts the author for a tasting and signing this Thursday at 7 p.m., and folks from the West Valley cookware store Plate It Up! will be on hand to give out coupons for discounted Dutch ovens.
