Chow Bella contributor Carrie Wheeler shared on her personal blog Cracking Good this great picture of Chris Bianco's canned tomatoes. Bianco worked with canner Rob DiNapoli to preserve these beauties. Not surprisingly gorgeous packaging.
What The Jester Had For Dinner shared news of chef Robert Stempkowski's new restaurant plans. You might recognize him as the ex-partner/chef of Urban Campfire. Here's what's on the menu plan, according to the Jester: smoked meats to-go and homemade sausage, a summertime snow cone bar, and some Polish smokehaus-style comfort cuisine. The restaurant will reportedly open in Central Phoenix sometime in May.
AZcentral.com posted that Young's Farm in Dewey has a new family taking over. Cool. It's been 5 years since the 300 acres have been farmed and we're looking forward to zucchini, sweet corn and tomatoes and other summer treats.
