Despite this cuisine being the first kind of Chinese fare to arrive in the United States, Cantonese food and the number of restaurants specializing in it are dwindling in Phoenix. Check out three Chinese restaurants around the Valley that are still serving this classic, wok-based style of food: Hong Kong Asian Diner in Tempe, Great Wall Cuisine in Phoenix, and New Hong Kong Restaurant also in Phoenix.
