First Friday, the monthly art walk in Downtown Phoenix, is also great for some local shopping. Jewelry, vintage items, and even decadent caramel apples can be found both on Roosevelt Row and Grand Avenue. Highlights include "Tar & Feather" at Grand ArtHaus, Katie Muchison at the Oasis, "Words to Live by" at {9} The Gallery, "Saw" at Unexpected, "Here, Where the World is Made" at Step Gallery, along with a group show at Icehouse.
