Phoenicians warmed themselves with big jackets and apple cider from St. Francis at the eighth annual Certified Local Fall Festival at Portland Parkway on Saturday, November 10. Popular booths included Smeeks, Spinato's, and Short Leash hot dogs as patrons sampled food and checked out local art.
