The forecast said weather would be bad, but other than a few few clouds, it was all sun-shiney smiles at Certified Local Festival. Held next to Duck and Decanter, 60 local, independent businesses showcased the goods, while browsers listened to music from Sunset Electrics, Loose Cannons Blues Band, and more.
