Virtu Honest Craft's chef and owner Gio Osso went head-to-head with Cowboy Ciao's Lester Gonzalez for a five-course chef challenge at Cowboy Ciao on Thursday, September 19. The winning course was "What Should be Served at the State Fair," combining lamb belly sausage with funnel cake.
