Cowboy Ciao Alumni Dinner

Cowboy Ciao invited a plethora of present and former team members to reunite for an Alumni Dinner featuring some of Arizona’s premier chefs, mixologists, cicerones and sommeliers. The event’s $125 per person price tag contributed proceeds to UMOM's culinary program, which trains willing, motivated, excited and formerly homeless family members in the basics of culinary, giving them skills which they can use to break the cycle of homelessness.

The event began with a reception where drinks and hors d’oeuvres were served while the lucky 170 who snagged tickets before they sold out were able to mix and mingle in the ambiance of the restaurant. Eventually guests were seated and plates were served along with a corresponding beverage pairing combination of wine, beer, and/or a cocktail. The all star crew came together like a well oiled machine, swiftly assembling gourmet dishes, mixing and pouring drinks efficiently enough to serve the full-house at a steady pace.

Shame on all of the participants. Kasperski has not paid any of his investors back from his bankruptcy...maybe he should think about paying his friends and family back before giving any excess funds to charity. He is homeless himself since court documents show he declared personal bankruptcy as well as lost his house.
