Le Chalet's signature crepes drizzled with chocolate ganache and salted butter caramel offered guests a sweet alternative to the savory offerings from this weekend's GrillFest menu.
Eight's Great GrillFest at Blackstone Country Club this past weekend featured local favorites from PBS' local station. Chefs, cooking personalities, and grill masters showed off recipes and shared grilling secrets in live demonstrations. Local restaurants also joined the fun, handing out samples of their signature grilled, smoked, and barbequed dishes.
