What's better than one award winning chef preparing your meal? How about two award winning chefs preparing your meal? Last night, Mel Mecinas of Talavera teamed up with Kevin Binkley of Binkley's for a one-night gourmet feast as part of Talavera's Taste Talavera Series up at the Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. With a support crew in the kitchen of more than 15 people, the two chefs prepared delights ranging from Tomato Consomme to Pancetta Wrapped Lamb Loin.
With beautiful sunset views stretching miles over the valley below, patrons enjoyed the flavorful, five-course menu paired with wine selections by Talavera's sommelier Shaun Adams. If you missed this one, you're in luck, Mel Mecinas and Talavera will be doing it all over again July 20th.
