Inside an Arizona Medical Marijuana Collective

Across the street from a landfill, in a stark warehouse district in El Mirage, the Arizona Cannabis Society office at 8376 North El Mirage Road welcomes visitors with posters of Bob Marley and menus of available products. Staff members grow and distribute marijuana to many of the state's 20,000 or so authorized medical-marijuana patients.

The freedom to grow marijuana granted by the state's 2010 medical-pot law is literally blossoming in an El Mirage warehouse.
