Several hundred guests turned out to sample new menu items at Iron Chef Jose Garces' Distrito at the Saguaro Hotel in Scottsdale Saturday night. The dishes, spanning from the light and refreshing to the hearty and soulful, were paired with margaritas, sangria, tequila shots served by aerial acrobats, and the opportunity to mingle with Iron Chef Garces himself.
