A freaky feast of visual art, groovy sounds, sexy fetish models, and hip fun was on tap at The Monarch Theatre on Saturday, September 22. Local party promoter Jen Deveroux hosted the affair, which featured works from more than 80 locals aritsts and a variety of performances.
