A thick, lively crowd showed up at the Crêpe Bar in Tempe on Friday night for a latte competition featuring competitors from various coffee shops throughout the greater Phoenix area. Competitors manipulated heart-shaped foam lattes, while judges examined and tasted the lattes and customers helped themselves to espresso-filled delicacies.
