AZ bitters Lab duo Bill and Lillian Buitenhuys aren't afraid to admit they love a good cocktail; so much so that they created their own line of innovative, handcrafted bitters ranging in flavors from "Mas Mole" to "Figgy Pudding."

The success of these homemade bitters are about to take Arizona by storm, but before things really start to heat up, the AZ Bitters team invited the Phoenix New Times into their at-home "lab" to discuss their products, their process, and why you can never have too much liquor in the cabinets.
