The complete meal from this weekend's ranch-themed Pig on the Patio
At about 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning, after a night of hanging out with James Beard Award winner Nobuo Fukuda, Chef Justin Olsen and the crew of Bink's Midtown set to work preparing for this weekend's "all-you-can-eat" pig roast. Over 12 hours after the preparations began, Chef Olsen continued creating the meal, including beans, squash and enormous cheddar biscuits. These plus a heaping bowl of chopped, roasted pork made up the ranch-themed Pig on the Patio Saturday.
