More then 25 deputies arrived, along with a bomb squad at the Guadalupe Town Hall for Sheriff Joe Arpaios appearance on Thursday, March 27.

Yes, Arpaio did return to Guadalupe to address the town council Thursday night, almost a year after terrorizing Guadalupe with an immigration sweep on April 3 and 4 of 2008.
