Sixth Street New Year's Eve Block Party 2012 in Downtown Tempe

The intersection of Mill Avenue and Sixth Street in downtown Tempe was alive with thousands of New Year's Eve revelers as bars and nightspots such as Canteen, Robbie Fox's, Fat Tuesday, and Handlebar joined forces for a gigantic block party that encompassed all of their establishments. DJ Mr. Eaton and other selectors spun Top 40 tunes and dance hits while vast amounts of libations and spirits were consumed and many a funny hat was worn before the evening capped off with a gigantic fireworks display that sent 2012 out with a bang.
