1 of 13

The Gerard L. Cafesjian Pavilion was host to the Kiki Smith and economy of means exhibit, as well as most of the mingling.

Friday night was the Spring Opening Celebration at the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art (SMoCA) in Old Town Scottsdale. Among new exhibitions, with work by Kiki Smith, was a full bar, hors d'oeuvres, dance performances, and the red-lit lounge with music from DJ Mr. P-Body. Kiki Smith's exhibition runs through May 20th while the other two, Economy of Means and Young@art will end in late April. PHOTOS BY WILLIAM WESTFALL.
