Good With Grenades

Good not only with grenades, but with crisscrossing four musical genres and sounding more like an ultra-produced mega-band out of Miami than an indie outlet from Phoenix, Good with Grenades consist of four guys donning tight jeans and next-generation hairstyles. Listening to this ultra-hip group, you’ll automatically be transported way back to the late ’90s and early ’00s, when pop-punk groups like Simple Plan and Good Charlotte roamed the nation, performing for screaming girls who would gladly carry their children. And they would not sound out of place next to your secret stash of Backstreet Boys music on your iTunes, either. With pop, rock, dance, and electronic all rolled into one, these guys are definitely something different to come out of the Valley — and we’re not complaining a bit. — John LaBarbera
