Miles To Nowhere

They may call themselves Miles to Nowhere, but it’s clear that this band is going places. The Phoenix-based three-piece act has been playing gigs around the Valley and along the West Coast, and with a little refining, can expect to reach far-flung audiences in short order. Their sound is still a little raw, but that doesn’t have to be a bad thing for an act whose sound lies somewhere between pop-punk and guitar-driven power pop. Their guitar licks are already as slick as they need to be, and the vocals are nothing if not distinct, so leaving their sound a little bit less than polished gives M2N a little bit more of the punk flair they seem to be looking for. — Brian Bardwell
