You don’t need access to a 50-foot Garfield or a former Miss America to participate in the Phoenix Annual Parade of the Arts, or PAPA. The six-year-old festival of local art and culture is a one-day procession in downtown Phoenix that’s open to the public whether you’re participating or watching.

Get into the festive spirit on Saturday at Civic Space Park. During the day, the lawn will overflow with entertainment and activities, but at 5:45 p.m. the lineup will begin as local creative types don their fiesta wear and wheel out their floats.
