Being a grown-up sucks sometimes. Remember obligatory naps and snack time? Those were the days. Recapture that youthful feeling when Apollo 12 and Unicorn Warpath, Torch Theatre’s oldest and youngest respective troupes, perform a monthly show called Story Time Improv! at Trunk Space.

“We set up the room like a kindergarten classroom, where we have sleeping bags and mats on the floor,” says Mack Duncan of Apollo 12. “Sometimes we’ll give the audience graham crackers or juiceboxes.” Audience members are also encouraged to participate in show and tell.

The comedy night’s November edition will be Thanksgiving themed. Last year, both troupes shared the stage for one big, happy, dysfunctional family dinner.
