All Shook Up

It’s been more than two decades since psychobilly star Mojo Nixon famously howled, “Elvis is everywhere,” and the declaration still rings true today.

A Presley fan built his own version of Graceland recently, another compilation of hits is in the works, and come this weekend, the King of Rock ‘n’ Roll will even be shaking his moneymaker inside the Rhythm Room. Elvis as portrayed by scantily-clad dancers, that is.

The CenPho music venue will be transformed into a hunka burnin' love on Sunday, May 8, as burlesque troupe Elvesque strips and struts to the music of The King. Led by Miss Kitty Victorian, the tawdry troupe will unleash a little less conversation and a lot more action to ensure the entire audience ain't nothin' but hound dogs by curtain call.
