Art House

Beth Tom's the kind of artist who's not afraid to show up to an art show with an oversized, papier mache rabbit head on her shoulders. She's quirky, she's well-versed in the gallery and street art scene, and now the longtime Tempe artist is opening up her own space, Hello House in Tempe, for a two-day holiday celebration.

On Saturday, December 17, Tom's inviting the public over for snacks, music, chess, fireside chats, perhaps a late-night bike-ride, and tons of great artwork starting at 6 p.m. The party, dubbed HelloHouse HowDoYouDo?, continues the following morning with more music, more chats, and a live auction of work from local artists.

Sat., Dec. 17, 6 p.m.; Sun., Dec. 18, 2011
