Complete Boriqua

The Puerto Rican flag, with its distinctive lone white star, blue triangle, and red stripes, has been popping up more frequently around town. Puerto Ricans' indigenous Taíno, Spanish, and African roots will be represented with plenty of savory/spicy food and music, including the strains of Bronx salsa singer Ray de la Paz, who’s visiting Arizona for the first time.
