Copperstate Dinner Theatre: Lately headquartered at Greyhound Park, our oldest dinner theater is run by husband-and-wife team Peter J. Hill (who directs and designs sets) and Noel Irick (who choreographs and designs costumes). This one offers prime rib and (better yet!) a full menu of cocktails. Arizona Broadway Theatre: Our newest dinner-and-a-show venue is a throwback to old-timey dinner theater, where one got strictly musicals in a state-of-the-art setting, as well as the occasional has-been TV star in a lead.
