From Hollywood premieres to indie flicks to five Oscar contenders, the Scottsdale International Film Festival, now in its 10th season, will screen such buzz-worthy gems as Alamar, Pedro Gonzalez-Rubio's new documentary hybrid of a boy who takes the journey of a lifetime with his Mexican father; Mesrine, the two-part French epic of one of Frances most notorious criminals; and from Johnnie To, Hong Kongs crime cinema god, Vengeance.
