Friday, September 13, from 5:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.: Intro to Ashtanga with Dan Neumann If you've ever been curious about this seemingly mysterious branch of yoga, including how yoga began and eventually made its way to the States, this might be the workshop for you. Neumann will teach the intro class as he explains the physical and philosophical foundations of ashtanga yoga, as well as how the ancient practice gave birth to the vinyasa flow that most of us are familiar with.

Friday, September 20, from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m.: Glow Flow with Harmony Fulton How can you make a great flow class even better? Add blacklights and glow bracelets, of course! The studio encourages you to wear neon for extra fun, and feel free to bring your own glow-in-the-dark props, although they will provide the bracelets.

Either class is free if it's your first at the studio. If not it costs $15 to drop in, $10 for students, or it's included in your membership package if applicable.

Sunday, September 22, from 11:15 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.: Yoga 101 Workshop with Harmony Fulton Learn important information that can help decrease risk of injury as well as improve postures and overall knowledge of the poses and practice. Cost is free for members and $5 for non-members.
