Owning a computer doesn’t equal mastery of the writing craft. That’s why pulp purists like us are constantly teeth-clenching when reading stuff online. However, contributors to the online-only Superstition Review aren’t a bunch of LiveJournal and Blogspot hacks. You see, the fiction, nonfiction, and poetry scribes who have been featured in the publication have earned major props nationally, including Lois Roma-Deeley, who scored an award in the Allen Ginsberg Poetry Competition. Listen to awesome writers read during the Superstition Review Reading Series at the Cooley Ballroom at ASU Polytechnic Campus.

KEEP PHOENIX NEW TIMES FREE... Since we started Phoenix New Times, it has been defined as the free, independent voice of Phoenix, and we'd like to keep it that way. With local media under siege, it's more important than ever for us to rally support behind funding our local journalism. You can help by participating in our "I Support" program, allowing us to keep offering readers access to our incisive coverage of local news, food and culture with no paywalls.
