Rabbit, Run

When a child loses her favorite toy, it means tears and tantrums. But when a toy loses his owner, it’s a whole other story. Based on the award-winning book by Kate DiCamillo, Childsplay’s production of The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane follows a china rabbit whose world gets turned upside when he gets lost at sea. His unexpected journey puts him in the hands of people he never knew before and changes him in ways he never imagined.

The Miraculous Journey of Edward Tulane is performed on weekends from Sunday, October 19, through Sunday, November 2, at Tempe Center for the Arts Studio, 700 West Rio Salado Parkway. Showtimes are 1 and 4 p.m. on Saturdays and 1 p.m. on Sundays. Tickets range from $12 to $25. For more information and to purchase seats, visit or call the box office at 480-350-2822.

Sundays, 1 p.m.; Saturdays, 1 & 4 p.m. Starts: July 27. Continues through Nov. 2, 2014
