Time to raise a glass (and a fork) to Valley chefs and the return of Phoenix Cooks. This year’s edible agenda will feature a wide range of workshops including “Stir-Fry Frenzy Presented by The Arizona Beef Council,” “Making Fresh Pasta with Executive Chef Steven Butler of Tanzy,” “Interactive Wine Experience,” and “English Trifle Presented by AZ Milk Producers.”
Phoenix Cooks will heat things up from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, August 30, at Westin Kierland. 6902 East Greenway Parkway, Scottsdale. General admission for the entire event is $85 in advance, $100 at the door, or $60 for designated drivers. Tickets can be purchased for select events throughout the day, with $10 admission for individual classes and demos and $69 admission for the Alaskan Brewing Co. Beer Dinner.
