Life drawing classes can potentially be an awkward affair. Artists have to walk a fine line between civility and curiosity while gazing at the nude college kid posing and preening before them, without getting distracted or gawking at the model’s junk for too long.

There’s guaranteed to be no such embarrassment during Sketch Night on Thursday, May 12, as the models involved are the cadavers of the touring “Body Worlds and the Brain” exhibit at the Arizona Science Center, 600 East Washington Street. These posed and preserved corpses have long since abandoned their modesty (not to mention their skin), and won’t mind if you get an eyeful while rendering their remains in charcoal pencil.
