Stupid Cupid

No two ways about it, pal, you screwed the pooch. Bigtime. Your forgetful ass was too busy watching Survivor and Lipstick Jungle to recall that Valentine’s Day was yesterday, fool. Though the situation ain’t as bad as that one V-Day when you proposed a visit to the local swingers’ club, your soon-to-be-ex-girlfriend’s freak level is currently hovering around DEFCON 1, and breakup is imminent. So if you’re hoping to avoid exile on Celibacy Street for the next couple of months, help thaw her cold, cold heart with a night filled with fiery romance at Noche de Amor.

The Ruby Room Cocktail Lounge will become your personal passion pit, with sultry musical seductiveness by lounge-y Latin rockers Fatigo, quirky jazz collective Sonorous, and gloomy oddball rocker Lonna Kelley. Fatigo’s Michael Montoya and DJ mig50 will be spinning plenty of “prom-core,” and the Rotting Corpses Quartet (consisting of members of Minibosses and other local indie bands) will perform bizarre barbershop songs.
