Sunny Side Up

Never mind that the current NBA season almost didn’t happen. Never mind that greed on the part of both players and owners caused a couple dozen games to be lopped off this season’s schedule. Never mind that by this point last season, the Phoenix Suns had already gained 21 wins and 11 losses.

Our boys are back to business and will kick off 2012 with a match against the Golden State Warriors. The Monday, January 2, game will be the team’s fifth of the season. Seasoned veterans Steve Nash and Grant Hill return for at least one more season with help from noobies Markief Morris, Shannon Brown, and Sebastian Telfair.

They’re here and ready to ball. Better late than never, right?
