Sunnyslope Up

Paintings, and textiles, and jewelry, oh my! The semi-annual Sunnyslope Art Walk, which takes to the streets every April and October, returns this spring with artists of all media including illustration, photography, ceramics, wearables, and metal. Guests can walk, shop, view, and listen as live musical acts line the art route. In addition to these creative numbers there will also be food and drink available from nearby local establishments and fast food eateries. The Sunnyslope Art Walk returns Saturday, April 12, along Central Avenue between Dunalp and the canal. This all-ages community event happens from 5 to 9 p.m. and is free to attend. Parking for the Art Walk is available at MarketPlace at Central, 115 East Dunlap Avenue; Sunnyslope High School, 35 West Dunlap Avenue; and John C. Lincoln North Mountain's Cowden Center, 9202 North Second Street. For more information, visit or contact [email protected]
