Since there's really no better accessory than a cocktail in your hand, each week brings you a tasty adult beverage from one of our favorite drinking establishments, complete with recipe.

This week: The El Julio at Gallo Blanco

Gallo Blanco, the hip indie eatery located inside the Clarendon Hotel in Central Phoenix, is drinking paradise. Whether it's Wednesday night live flamenco dancing or the retro hotel pool, the spot's vibe inspires cocktail induced relaxation.

The El Julio is GB's newest funky fresh  refresher, using lime vodka and liquor 43,  giving it a flavor similar to a liquid key lime pie, or a lime version of an Orange Julius.

(Recipe after the jump.

1 1/2  oz. Finlandia lime vodka
1/2 oz. Liquor 43
2 oz. fresh lime juice and
splash of simple syrup
splash club soda

In a low ball glass combine ice, vodka, liquor 43, lime juice and simple syrup. Finish with club soda and garnish with a lime. Viva el coctel.
